Belated Blog Birthday!

And you thought I disappeared somewhere! Even I thought so…it was 3^rd September and my blog “heart to minds” completed a year. I had started this silly blog of mine last year on the occasion of my birthday. Don’t worry I am not ending the torture. I just want to say some things before I start writing some more. Want to say sorry for being a very lazy and moody blogger. Thanks to all who read my blog and encouraged me to write more. I even loved the criticisms, the arguments I had after I wrote some controversial issues. Actually I call myself a non controversial being but my thoughts take me into controversies maybe. : P

Ok! Now let’s be serious! The inspiration to start the blog was taken from one of my brother like friend. Actually he is my brother’s childhood buddy and he used to write some awesome and thoughtful blogs and I loved to read them although they were really lengthy. Thank you Vaishesh Talaulikar and thanks to your blog. It was you who inspired me to start with my blog. Second inspiration was “me”! Yes! I was turning 18 and that inspired or rather motivated me to write and express. “Growing up” was my first blog and I remember Mr.Sandesh Prabhudesai, Editor of Goa’s News channel Prudent Media praising that blog more than it needed to be praised. That was like a push to write more and more. In the beginning my pace was good. But as my readers started getting bored with my lengthy and pessimistic blogs even my pace decreased. Actually in the beginning my aunt Mrs.Jyotsna Bhat had warned about the increasing pessimism in my writings. But I could not help. I came up with one blog per month. In between my best friend Saish Khandeparkar started his blog AOM which is quite popular amongst the people on facebook. His blogs were short, funny and sometimes disgusting but contained great meaning. I wondered how people like these things. Sometimes I used to be jealous as his “views” were more then mine.that means more people read his blog. But then he told me once that I say “God is gay” and you call it “superego” , people understand simple concepts better. I tried his styles many times but then he was blessed with it. I was a serious writer and I guess I will continue to be.  Also not to forget my regular readers like my friends Ashwini Priolkar, Palia Gaonkar and others.

Thanks a lot for bearing my silly thoughts till now. I have always called you “great minds” because I feel only great minds can absorb the “silly thoughts” by hearts like me. I know I am complicating like always. No more complications. Will try to write better and will try to be a regular blogger now onwards. Thanks to all who made me a “blogger”!
